Kiran Kaur, M.S.
Kiran Kaur is a predoctoral Clinical Psychology Intern in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy track at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School and a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Utah. Her research focuses on emotion regulation through a transdiagnostic lens and on leveraging digital tools, such as passive sensing/wearables, ecological momentary assessments (EMA), and just-in-time adaptive interventions, to personalize interventions, reduce barriers to care (e.g., waitlists, transportation), and deliver precise, measurement-based care. Her dissertation, supported by an NIH F31 National Research Service Award, examined how emotion regulation flexibility relates to daily psychological well-being among ethnic minorities using EMAs.
