Amelia Dev is a post-doctoral fellow in Psychology at the Center of Digital Mental Health (CDMH) and Center for OCD and Related Disorders (CORD). She completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Miami, where her research was funded by the IOCDF Michael A. Jenike Young Investigator Award. She completed her clinical internship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Her clinical interests include the treatment of OCD and related disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD using evidence-based approaches (e.g. CBT with exposure and response prevention, CPT, ACT, DBT). Her research interests include testing transdiagnostic mechanisms underlying the treatment of anxiety and OC-spectrum conditions, with a particular focus on testing biases in predictive processes (e.g. expectancy violation and expectancy change). She is also interested in research examining digital mental health tools used to augment evidence-based treatments, and in studying technologies that can measure emotional experiences during treatment using human speech and language.
