Brittney Jurgen
Brittney Jurgen is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with an MSN from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and MS in psychology from Tulane University. She had two years of experience as a psychiatric nurse before joining our clinic. She completed her internship with the Pediatric OCD and Tics Disorder Clinic under Dr. Greenberg and is very excited to be returning! She will be seeing patients for medication follow-up as well as brief psychotherapy supportive sessions.
Kathleen Carey, R.N., M.P.H., M.S.N. Clinical Nurse Specialist
Kathleen Carey is a psychiatric child and adolescent clinical nurse specialist and has been working in the field of Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for 10 years. She graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s in Nursing in 1983. She graduated from Boston University with a Master’s in Public Health in 1998 with a focus on health care in developing countries, and she completed a Master’s in Nursing from Northeastern University in 2000 with a focus on child and adolescent psychiatry. She works both in research and in private practice with children, adolescents and adults and provides both therapy and medication management.
