Lisa Zakhary, M.D., Ph.D., was selected as the Anne Klibanski Scholars Awardee and will be among the 12 scholars during the 2026-2027 cohort. The Anne Klibanski Scholars Award was created in 2020 to support faculty academic growth and promotion through sponsorship and coaching. The AK Scholars Award uses individual and group coaching, as well as sponsorship, to catalyze growth among participating scholars. The award is named in honor of Anne Klibanski, MD, President and CEO of Mass General Brigham. Dr. Klibanksi is a strong supporter and advocate for physicians and scientists at MGB, particularly at critical points in their careers when sponsorship, mentorship, and coaching are crucial to academic career development.
