Rebecca Berger-Gutierrez graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Neuroscience. At Brown, she worked in Dr. Eric Loucks Mindfulness and Cardiovascular Health Lab, working on randomized controlled trials of a mindfulness-based blood pressure reduction intervention. Rebecca also worked with the Carney Institute for Brain Science and the Bioluminescence Hub to create educational content for their website about bioluminescence and its application in optogenetics. Rebecca is broadly interested in neuropsychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as mindfulness and attention-based therapies. After MGH, Rebecca hopes to attend medical school and potentially pursue a career in Neurology or Psychiatry.
