Thank you for your interest in the Massachusetts General Hospital OCD and Related Disorders Program.
Our clinic delivers outpatient psychiatry services that include: skills-based CBT therapy and psychopharmacology to our patients. In addition, we offer research studies that may offer treatment at no cost to the individual.
If you are from outside the Massachusetts region please visit the International OCD Foundation to search for providers in your area.
Our intake process helps us determine whether our program is best suited to meet your needs, and will allow us to understand more about individuals who are seeking care in our program. To begin the intake process, please complete the information below. We estimate that it will take about 10 minutes to complete.
Before you begin this survey
Please call MGH Registration at 866-211-6588.
You will be given an MGH medical record number (MRN), which you will need in order to be seen in the OCD and Related Disorders Program. Please note, without an MRN we will not be able to process your request and you will not be able to be seen in the clinic.
To begin the intake process
Please complete the information on the intake form. If the link does not work, try copying the link below into your web browser: https://redcap.partners.org/redcap/surveys/?s=AYTNAN3KKE
If our Intake Coordinator needs clarification on any of the intake questions they will reach out to you during business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm EST).
Completing an intake does not guarantee you will be placed on our waitlist. Due to the high volume of patients, we currently have a waitlist. You may need to wait up to several months for an initial evaluation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MGH OCD AND RELATED DISORDERS PROGRAM IS NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY. If you are in need of urgent psychiatric care, please contact your nearest emergency room.
