Hello. There are many public libraries in Chennai, but the British Council Library is by far the best https://easwarilibrary.com. Not only does it have a huge collection of books, but it also has wifi and plug ins for charging your laptop. The British Council library is known as a modern library and hosts regular book launches and film screenings. It’s easy to find books and comics here, and the librarians are friendly and helpful.
