    Hi Dr. Jenike,

    I am wondering if you know of any doctors in Minnesota who, not only believe in PANDAS/PANS, but can treat with IVIg (if necessary). Our son has been on antibiotics for 3 years now. They work fairly well, but he's at about 65-70%. We believe it's time for the next step, before he gets any older (he's 11). We have a doctor here, (Dr. Ruth Myers) but she's never done IVIg. Our sons insurance is great, but only here in Minnesota. We could get him covered in our home state, but anywhere else would be out of pocket. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    The nearest person who does a lot of IVIG for pans is Dr. Miro Kovacevic .  you could contact him and see if he knows anyone in Minnesota who does it.  all best wishes,  MIchael
