Thank you all for visiting our forum and posting questions. We hope it has been a helpful resource for information and support thus far.
We recently received some feedback from participants about the forum and wanted to clarify a few things about Dr. Jenike's role. This is not an online chat room. Dr. Jenike will not be responding to questions immediately. All questions posed to him will be forwarded to him by the forum administrators. The forum is monitored by the administrators Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Dr. Jenike makes every effort to reply to direct questions as soon as he receives them. However, he also maintains a very busy schedule and travels extensively. Thus, his replies may be delayed at times. We appreciate your patience when this occurs. If you feel like your post may have fallen through the cracks, feel free to email Barbara Rosemberg, at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on its status.
Also, as group conversations evolve, Dr. Jenike may not weigh in on every question that is raised to the group as a whole. If you would particularly like his input on a specific question, we ask that you make this clear in your post.
Thank you again for your participation in our forum. If you have any further suggestions or feedback for us, please contact Barbara Rosemberg at email@example.com.
