Viagra almost always helps the sexual side effects of the SSRI medications. Lexapro and Zoloft are usually not too bad for this side effect; Paxil is the worst offender.
There is a study with inositol and OCD where it helped. it is worth a try.
i don't know of any new drugs specifically for OCD.
again, the most effective treatment for OCD is usually cognitive behavior therapy so be sure you are doing it daily.
